82nd Airborne Division “All Americans”
Dear Mrs. Tiller:
I wanted to thank you personally for the outstanding service you continue to provide to the families of the 82nd Airborne Division. The Purple Heart and Jumpmaster pins are terrific, and enable us to recognize the huge sacrifice that the Paratroopers and their families continue to make in the Global War on Terrorism.
We present the Purple Heart pins to families of our wounded warriors. These pins serve as recognition of the sacrifice of their Paratrooper, and they are always worn with tremendous pride. Your efforts to go through the details of making sure these pins were perfect were greatly appreciated.
Thank you again for your loyal support of our organization and our families. We look forward to continuing our relationship with your organization as you set the standard for customer service and attention to detail.

"Vicki during the last year we have been fortunate enough to have those great pins you folks had made for us. You might remember we are the folks from Renton, WA and our car Meet was in Kennewick, WA last summer.
This year the meet was in Colorado Springs, CO. I took a "little" bag of the pins with me as some folks had asked for them. WELL was I ever surprised. I had only been in the hospitality room moments and their club president came up to me and told his wife to go get the money honey Kitty is here with the pins. It seems that since some of their members came to our meet last year they have been waiting to get their hands on pins for themselves. There was a family there that took nine at one time. They marveled at the workmanship and the beautiful art work and the colors. Vicki your good work lives on. I was asked to bring some to the Meet in California next year in June.
We want to thank you again for the good work and how easy you were to work with. You have a great product and we truly wish you much success. Keep up the good work."

We had a wonderful trip and the pins were a big success. Our team took 13th out of 52 teams that competed. We were also able to attend a college world series game while we were there. It was a great baseball experience for the team and families alike.
Thanks for all you help with the pins. We have wonderful memories and cool pins to commemorate the trip.
Sincerely,

Dear Vicki,
Our team had a wonderful time at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The kids had some wins and some losses, but overall they had a fantastic week of baseball. If you are not familiar with Dreams Park, it is an amazing facility, and a once in a lifetime experience. Each week during the summer 100 teams of 12U players participate in a tournament. The kids all spend the week living in barracks at Dreams Park, and their families come to visit and watch the games as spectators.
When we got to Dreams Park, as soon as the kids had checked into their barracks, the first thing they did was go out to trade pins with kids from other teams! It was a great ice breaker and allowed them to meet kids from all over the country, while collecting souvenirs and memories. Even siblings got in on the fun, with trading pins of their own.
One of our favorite stories from the tournament had to do with a team of boys from an orphanage in Arizona. They had sponsors who helped fund the trip and all of their baseball equipment, but they did not have any pins to trade. Once our boys found out, they not only gave those kids some of their own pins, they walked door to door and asked everyone they saw to contribute a pin to a boy on that Arizona team. By the end of the week, each of the boys from the orphanage in Arizona had a complete collection of pins from all the teams that participated in the tournament that week. Who thought trading pins could help make that kind of difference?
The pins were great looking and you have some of the best prices on the web. Thank you for the great service from design through delivery. I hope
we get a chance to do business together again soon.

–
Memphis was an incredible experience for everyone. A beautiful city, beautiful ball fields, and when you combine a little sightseeing with some baseball and dear friends, it makes for a perfect week. The Rockies went into the National Championships ranked 8th in the nation, and finished the week in 8th place – so all must be right with the world.
The pin trading, as expected, was a true highlight and your lovely artwork was most sought after. The Rockies pin was unique, and turned out to be a pretty hot commodity as the week unfolded. Several folks were offering multiple pin
packages for just one, so you should be flattered as well. Our kids all came back with team pins from nearly 40 of those that participated, and memories that I trust they will cherish for a lifetime.
I have enclosed a team photo, and thank you again for all of your efforts on our behalf.
Kind regards — Ted

Our girls finished 2nd place in their division! The pins were a huge hit! Thank You so much!
Bearcats
The Bearcats had a very successful inaugural season. We finished first in our division in the regular season and fifth (out of 11 teams) in our end-of-the-year tournament at Cooperstown Baseball World. Our pins were in high demand at the tournament!

Thanks for checking back with us. The team got together for a few tournaments this season. We are a neighborhood team that played between other baseball/sports commitments so our season was just for fun. Hopefully we can get the chance to work with you again soon.
Thanks,
Alice
